Most coordination finds clashes and fixes them. OmegaBIM plans every discipline's routing jointly first, so most of them never exist — from a low-risk ClashCheck Audit through to the flagship BuildPath Sprint — each engagement with its own scope, deliverable and guarantee, across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Most MEP BIM outsourcing firms promise "quality" and stop there — no number attached, no response-time SLA published. Every OmegaBIM engagement carries a named scope and deliverable, and our flagship engagement plans routing jointly before any clash check runs, with a delivered Optimization Summary and a written guarantee behind it.
Each one is scoped, priced and guaranteed on its own — enter wherever matches where your project actually is. See all engagements →
A scored, one-time read on where coordination risk sits in your current model.
Explore the ClashCheck Audit → FLAGSHIPRouting planned jointly across disciplines before any clash check runs — clashes designed out, not patched out after.
Explore the BuildPath Sprint → FABRICATIONTakes a route-optimized model to fabrication-level shop drawings and spooling.
Explore the Fab-Ready Package → STANDING SUBSCRIPTIONWeekly clash-risk and monthly model-health monitoring between formal engagements.
Explore Coordination Watch →A dedicated MEP crew, assembled per project — engineer, coordinator and manager — that models, coordinates and documents to your project standard. More about us →
Federated model built to your worksharing standard, LOD target and naming convention before a single duct is routed.
Every discipline's routing planned together against the space itself — before any clash check runs, not after. Straight runs, minimized offsets, coordinated sequencing across systems.
Structured Navisworks/Revizto rounds confirm the routing holds, and the Optimization Summary benchmarks it against an unoptimized baseline — fitting count, run length, install sequence.
Fabrication-ready output — sheets, schedules and shop drawings — handed off in the format your fabrication shop actually uses, priced off the leaner baseline the routing already earned.
Ten disciplines, engaged through whichever named engagement fits your project — not sold as standalone line items.
MEP modelling delivered to the LOD your project stage needs — LOD 300/350 for coordination, LOD 400 for fabrication-ready delivery.
DOCUMENTATIONFabrication-level MEP drawings produced from a coordinated LOD 400 model, detailed to what your fabrication shop needs to build from.
FABRICATIONRevit spool drawings for pipe and duct fabrication, broken down into shop-ready spools directly from the coordinated LOD 400 model.
DOCUMENTATIONConstruction-ready MEP shop drawings produced directly from a coordinated, clash-free federated model — not redrawn from scratch.
COORDINATIONFull-service MEP BIM services — MEP coordination management from kickoff to a signed-off, clash-free federated model.
COORDINATIONStructured, discipline-by-discipline clash detection run in Navisworks and Revizto to a documented resolution log.
MECHANICALDuctwork and mechanical equipment routed and coordinated to LOD 400 for buildable, serviceable ceiling voids.
ELECTRICALCable tray, conduit and panel routing modelled and coordinated against every other MEP trade in the ceiling void.
PLUMBINGDomestic water, sanitary and storm drainage systems modelled and coordinated to LOD 400 shop-ready detail.
FIRE PROTECTIONSprinkler and suppression systems modelled and coordinated to NFPA and local code clearances, from pump room to branch line.
CAPTUREPoint cloud to BIM model conversion for renovation, retrofit and existing-conditions MEP work.
RECORDRecord models updated to reflect what was actually installed, delivered for handover and facilities management.

Project-based BIM support for MEP contractors and GCs — sized to run alongside your in-house team, not replace it.
Five scoped engagements, each with its own deliverable and guarantee — not a one-size-fits-all service stretched across every need.
An Engineer, Coordinator and Manager tier per engagement — discipline specialists, not generalists covering four trades.
Delivery aligned to the coding standards, drawing conventions and time zones each market expects.
LOD 400 built with shop drawings in mind from the first pass, not retrofitted at the end.
Scoped per project through a Sprint, or monitored on a standing basis through Coordination Watch — your choice, not ours.
You talk to the people coordinating your model, not an account layer sitting between you and the work.
Standard delivery is LOD 350–400, fabrication-ready, across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Lower-LOD, design-stage coordination is available where that's what the project stage calls for.
Our engagements are built for contractors and GCs taking a model into procurement and installation. We do work with consulting engineers, most often through a referral relationship where a consultant introduces us to the GC or MEP contractor they're already coordinating with, rather than as a separate service line.
Revit MEP for modelling, Navisworks and Revizto for coordination and clash detection, and BIM 360 / ACC for project management and file exchange.
Every engagement is scoped, priced and closed out per project — never an open-ended, per-head retainer. The BuildPath Sprint and Fab-Ready Package are fixed-fee and fixed-scope. If you want standing visibility between projects, Coordination & Model Health Watch is a named, project-capped subscription for exactly that — detection and diagnosis only, with any fixes always scoped and priced as a separate project.
Delivery is scheduled against each market's working hours, with overlap windows set at kickoff so coordination calls and clash reviews land inside your team's day.
